Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, please check your chocolate gift box for any signs of heat damage or shipping-related breakage.
- 2.Document the Issue
Take clear photographs of the damaged product and the original packaging to help our quality control team process your claim.
- 3.Contact Customer Care
Email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the photos of the affected items.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Once validated, we will immediately issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a fresh replacement at no additional cost.
